Starting from a concept rendering created by industrial design, made a functional prototype. Integrated a next-gen display into a slimmer form factor. As a team of 3, I was responsible for designing the novel charging system, integrating the main logic board (MLB) and battery pack, and analyzing critical tolerance stacks. During the test build phase, I designed and constructed assembly fixturing working with module teams to create effective processes.

Macbook keyboard rework
Helped resolve butterfly keyboard “sticky keys” problem by transitioning all Macbook keyboards to low-travel scissoring configurations. Included all sizes of Macbook Pro and Air with ANSI, ISO, and JIS layouts.
